Leaving your dog in someone else's care is a big decision. I believe you should feel just as comfortable and reassured as they do. From our first hello to every walk, visit or overnight stay, I'll take the time to understand what makes your dog feel happy, settled and secure.
One household at a time
I only walk dogs from the same household together. There are no group walks or mixing dogs from different homes.
Care shaped around your dog
Every dog has their own personality, routines and preferences. I take the time to understand what matters to them and adapt my approach accordingly.
A familiar, consistent face
Holly & Hounds is personally run by me, so your dog sees the same familiar person rather than a rotating team of walkers or sitters.
Thoughtful updates
I'll keep you updated during care so you know how your dog is getting on. We can agree what works best for you beforehand.
A free Meet & Greet
Before arranging care, we'll have the opportunity to meet, talk through your dog's needs and make sure the arrangement feels right for everyone.
Comforts of home
Drop-in visits and overnight house sitting allow your dog to remain in their familiar surroundings, with their usual routines taken into consideration.

We'll arrange a free, no-obligation Meet & Greet so I can meet you and your dog, hear what you're looking for and answer any questions.

We'll talk about their personality, routines, likes and dislikes, exercise, feeding and anything else that helps me understand their needs.
Agree the details
If we're both happy to go ahead, we'll discuss the service, timings and practical arrangements before confirming the booking.

I'll provide the agreed care, taking your dog's individual needs and familiar routines into account, and keep you updated along the way.
